Zarah Ghahramani nasceu em Teerã, em 1981, e vive atualmente na Austrália.
Robert Hillman nasceu em 1948 e escreveu diversos livros, entre eles A Life of Days, The Hour of Disguise, Writing Sparrow Hill e The Deepest Part of the Lake. Sua autobiografia, The Boy in the Green Suit, ganhou o Prêmio Nacional de Biografia da Austrália. Hoje, Hillman é escritor em tempo integral. Ele tem três filhos e mora na cidade de Warburton, no Vale Yarra, em Victoria.
